WE don’t know about you but we were addicted to the recent Three Birds Renovations House 10 TV series.

The Birds and their unofficial fourth bird, our fabulous client, Sophie Bell, designed and built a Mediterranean Farm House, Casa Campana, in the Northern New South Wales hinterland for Soph, husband Michael and their adorable bubs, Hendrix and Peppa.

As the head of her own creative agency, Three Birds’ website designer and digital guru and a mum of two young kids, Soph is one busy lady and wanted to cut out the daily commute to the office and create her dream office and workspace at home - a few steps from her bedroom to be exact.

“The office space is quite oversized because I spend a lot of time working, I need to feel energised and inspired,” she explains. “I wanted it to feel special; I didn’t want a dark nook.”

Surrounded by trees and looking out over the property, Soph said she wanted the office to feel like she was in a treehouse with doors opening up to a beautiful terrace – how stunning is the balustrade by our friends at Bowden Welding! -  for an inspiring spot for a lunch break and Friday afternoon drinks.

With its high ceilings, natural light and carefully considered styling, we couldn’t think of anywhere better to get the creative juices flowing.

We were thrilled to create the bespoke pink concrete benchtop for this chic space, which worked back perfectly with her artwork, Columbus Imports clams, furniture and curved architraves.

Judging by the response to the pink concrete benchtop, it’s clear you all loved this space as much as we loved working on it.
